This week Dear Beautiful Boy was inspired by Hearts ♥ and all the loveliness of it made me think of stars, sparkles and glitter. My first ever job was at Claire’s Accessories and Girl Heaven – I got to cover myself in glitter and turn little girl’s into Princesses every weekend!

When we first found out our little bump was going to be a little girl I instantly had visions of 5 years time… her wanting to dress up and wear glitter for school discos! I can’t wait!

This picture makes me so happy, the glitter is just beautiful. There is something about it that makes me feel like a little girl again.

For me a cake isn’t a cake without something sparkly on top, I adore these LOVE sparklers!

More love things… these are the cutest little hearts…. and they’re glittery which gives them double points!

Because glittery nails aren’t just for Christmas.

And one more indulgent glittery starry picture… I still have lots of pots of sparkles like this from my first job. I can’t bear to get rid of them, just incase a special occasion crops up that involves me needing to cover my face in stars!
