I know we must focus on tackling the big jobs on the new house when we move in, but to be honest they’re aren’t many. Just wallpaper to strip, floorboards to varnish and walls to paint – a week or so’s work. As Francesca has taken to waking up at 5am I spend two hours, every morning with a dopey Frankie next to me looking at all the small house things.

There are literally hundreds of bits bookmarked for the house, I think the hardest job will be choosing what we’re actually going to buy – I’m desperate to live in a clutter free house. Only perfect items will make the final cut.
Any recommendations for good home design blogs and shops would be appreciated, although I think I’ve exhausted the possibility of new links!
